How to cancel

• You can cancel anytime. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
• After that date, no further charges will be made.

What happens after cancellation?

• You will receive a confirmation email from Stripe.
• Your payment method will not be charged again.
• You can re-subscribe at any time by signing up again through our website.

FAQ

• Will I get a refund for the current month?
• → No. Membership fees are non-refundable once charged, but your access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Can I change plans instead of canceling?
• → Yes. In the Customer Portal you can upgrade or downgrade anytime.
• What if my payment fails?
• → Stripe will retry up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, your membership will be canceled automatically.
